You, the Care Partner's promised all access to the guidance, support, & advocacy of a medical professional led by a Registered Nurse with over 25 years of expertise in many specialty care areas.

You may choose from three plan options that best fit the needs of all Individuals Requiring Medical Advocacy (I.R.M.A.). Insured, uninsured, & underinsured Care Partners are provided access to a Practician 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Our vision is to advocate, support & empower all I.R.M.A.s before, during & after every health related experience. Our goal is to take the journey with you, reducing stress, resulting in better outcomes throughout your lifetime, versus handling medical crises, & deciphering information alone.

Rest assured, by selecting one of our plan options, you will navigate all health related concerns with an advanced expert at your side at all times. No matter how big or small, remote or in person, similar to a defendant represented by legal counsel of an attorney in a courtroom, your Pious Practician will accompany you in unfamiliar spaces in the realm of healthcare.

Comprehensive Plan

This is also an offer based partnership with Pious Practicians LLC, and we provide a 30-day grace period of complimentary services when you enroll in autopay, monthly, quarterly, biannually, or annually. Additionally, you'll receive a 30min annual consultation by appointment to connect with your Practician and discuss your changes. This consultation is your opportunity to prioritize your needs, update your medical history, or address any unconventional matters that may contribute to your personal growth. Feel free to use this time to discuss and renegotiate your fee based on how often you require our support, ensuring that it aligns with any changes in your circumstances. This elevated tier offers personalized attention & care to ensure your comfort when addressing health concerns with medical professionals or navigating Electronic Medical Records. Premium Plan

. You can hire us to assist you in-person for additional services as needed & rendered. To make an offer for what this service could mean to you, please click "SUBSCRIBE" below. Close attention & support will be provided for plan holders with co-morbidities, aimed to prevent complication, prepare for interventions including surgical needs, after care, & end of life care needs. Pre-scheduled support can be arranged so that you are mentored & supported throughout your life-time, with a Pious Practician by your side.

All Signature & Comprehensive Plan benefits are included, but priority is given over other Care Partner Plan holders in queue. This plan is ideal for caregivers, aging adults, & those with multiple comorbidities, illness or disabilities.
This plan service may include zoom calls, engagement in doctor visits with the Care Partner to liaison with Primary Care Providers or Specialists, with their consent.

I developed Guillain-Barre syndrome after receiving a flu-vaccine that caused swift & progressive paralysis from my toes, to my cervical spine. I had to be given a tracheotomy, a gastric feeding tube & endured many other surgical procedures.

Monique was my colleague at the time, and chose to visit me from the very beginning of my stay in the Intensive Care Unit, to my out-patient physical therapy, occupational therapy & rehabilitation phases. She helped care for me as much as she could, with trips to my therapy sessions, all the while offering more help than I ever accepted, because I do have a supportive family. She was a Critical Care nurse I encountered when I was considering a similar career path, who encouraged me to take the leap! Her caring concern & reliability proved her to be a dear friend that I never knew I needed during this challenging phase of life.
